Being sick

I got covid twice last year was really bad the second time with my per-existing health conditions.

But I don't get sick a lot.

I've always been fairly sickly. 2022 was among the roughest for me health wise. It felt like I was honestly sick more days than not. I feel better lately though.

This time of year I feel like I am in a constant state of getting sick / getting better / getting sick again / getting better again and so on.

I used to be a healthy person but over the years of stress and a lot of things that I went through, I am not as healthy as I once was. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I was also diagnosed with acute migraines as well last August. On top of all that I also have a hiatal hernia as well that I have to manage.

I don't usually get sick all the time. I think last year, I only got ill twice. Except for another time when I had food poisoning, that was it.
