Like for example, In India, we have different regions and languages like Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati, etc and some of these regional movies are so good that I do watch them from time to time although I cannot understand their language so I prefer the ones that re dubbed in hindi.

Yes. 102 Languages? That's too many for your country? How many are gazetted or official? in India, we have many languages and for movies, it's the movies from the Southern part that are doing pretty well.
