Do you pay rent for a house or an apartment?

I use to pay rent on an apartment for a while. I moved into a house that I co-own with my grandmother and am currently paying for.

We pay board as we are currently living at my parents.

I do not pay rent but do pay the Internet and cable bill here as I live at home.

I do pay rent yes, I have to pay rent monthly for the house I am living in. It was increased a little while ago but I expected that with the cost of living and the rise in inflation as well. It is still something I am able to afford though.
