Do you prefer a dark or light theme on a forum?

Something I love about forum themes now, especially ones you see on Xenforo is the ability to choose between having the theme light or dark. I have always preferred to have dark options on forums as I tend to use my laptop a lot and looking at a bright screen for too long can make my eyes hurt.

When it comes to a forum, do you prefer to use a dark or light option? As an administrator, do you offer both options?

Here are the advantages I consider light themes have

1. they make colors stand out more profoundly, giving a form of immersive experience while on forums.
2, Its easier on the graphics in many forums where the edges are sharp and often blend with the baground very well.
3. Finally, I love some sunlight
