Do you prefer juice or soda?

I am not a huge fan of either juice or soda, but if I had to choose one, I would prefer juice. I prefer fresh juice over canned juices and soda. However, I do not drink juice often because it tends to be high in sugar content. Do you prefer juice or soda?

I love Orange Juice with Lemonade so both!

Juice it is for me. I have been advised not to drink soda because it is not healthy. So I make fresh fruit juices at home

I believe fresh juices are a much better choice than soda. I have cut out soda from my diet since diabetes runs in my family. The high sugar content can dehydrate your body and raise the risk of developing kidney stones.

It depends on how I am feeling at the time as to what I prefer. If I feel like having something refreshing it's usually soda and if not, juice is my go to
