Mark Hamill's voice performance as The Joker in the Arkham game series. Kevin Conroy is incidentally who I'd say is the best Batman as well.

Heath Ledger will always be my favorite live action portrayal. He just captured the chaos I envision for the character so well.

I voted for Joaquin Phoenix even though I also liked Heath Ledger as a Joker. I think Jack Nicholson has also done a pretty decent job.
