Favourite dish

What's your favourite dish? Mine is stuffed fries. Its my comfort food when I am having a blue day. I love the fries stuffed with all sorts of goodies and best of all there should be cheese

I think you mean Fritters which we call Pakoras in here and they can be of any veggie or cheese and have some filling and after dipping these in gram flour, they are deep fried in Oil.

My favorite dish is caldereta, a local dish I can never get enough of. It always reminds me of my late grandmother, who made the most delicious caldereta just for me. I usually enjoy the beef version, which is my absolute favorite.
