Forum Merge

Hello,
Some administrators decide to merge two forums, so in case you were active in a community and merged into new one do you continue posting on new community or it depends?

Once two forums are merged and become one community, I don’t see why I wouldn’t continue to be an active member.

Especially if I was already an active member on both.

I don't really do merges but Adventure Ads was originally my forum and I got the database donated back.

I wouldn't seek out other forums to merge though.

Your ship your order Merging is just having all of those two forum posts at one place There should be no issue.

I dont like forum mergers actually.

Its seen as a easy way to boost post and topic counts in forums. To me, it brings a sudden rush of members and posts that I am not acclimatised with and I feel very foreign in being part of a forum that is not what I thought it was just a day after I previously posted.

However, if I have built loyalty to that forum, then I see, why not.
