Every morning i start my day of with a 30-minute morning exercise. i do simple exercises, nothing too hectic. I spent the whole day sited in front of the laptop and i found that doing these morning exercises help boost energy and improves blood flow circulation. Before starting this routine, i used to get leg cramps a lot. does anybody also do this?
 
My exercise is mostly walking which I do several times in the day strolling in our garden. I also do pranayama an breathing exercise first thing in the morning

That's best. You don't even need to do anything extra and just need to stay consistent with it and its perfect for a healthy body and mind.
