I've used phpBB longer than I can remember. I absolutely love it. I love how they now have a drag and drop system instead of having to put code into files like the old days.

It seems to have more free mobile friendly themes. In fact, all of them are! Also, it does have nice slide box, logo, and chat box mods for free also, and one unique feature of phpBB is having the profiles on the right for most themes, including the default.

Of all free software I have used, SMF seems better. It looks nicer and it is easy to use and. PhPbb is quite confusing and MyBB looks very basic.

I think the upgrade process is harder on phpBB than the other ones.

A silly mistake and you might end up breaking your forum. I happened to me a couple of times and when I had to restore through backup, I lost some of the latest posts.

Yeah, I might have to pay someone to help.

The Outset theme is quite modern, but it has minor errors on PC and mobile. In that case, I will have to move it from default to secondary.
