My doctor has recommended that I take 60 ml of port wine 5 days in the week. This wine increases your HDL which is so necessary to keep the LDL cholesterol in check
My HDL rose from 30 to 55 and I regularly drink this wine and will never give up. Not just any wine but red wine made from grapes.
