What I like abou Amazon. in is their return and refund policy I hav been shopping with them since 2014 and never had any issue when it came to return and refunds. In fact many of the items they let me reain and they refund the amounts to me.

What has been your experience?

I know amazon is good and even Flipkart is like that but Amazon is far ahead. I have found this with some other apps too like Jiomart and Blinkit.
