Rose cookies are mostly done during Christmas. It is kind of a tradition here. Maida (white floor) batter is parepared adding sugar, milk, eggs and any kind of flavour We add cardamom powder.
Oil is heated in a pan and the rose cookies mold is dipped in it. After it is reasonably hot it is then dipped in the batter and back in the hot oil. The cookie leaves the mold and it should fry till brown
