Sesame ladoos

Sesame seeds are loaded with goodness. They are pretty versatile and are used in many dishes. My favourite is sesame ladoos



Sesame seeds are washed dried in the sun and roasted. A thick syrup of jaggery is made and the roasted sesame seeds are added in their along with cardamom. Ladoos are made while the mixture is still hot

I like this delicacy. We even have a festival where you have t eat these ladoos. I once tried making sesame ladoos and they turned out to be very good. These are healthy alternatives t energy bars.

I used to eat them regularly not so long ago. I must get back to that habit. They are loaded with nutrients and the only problem is makaing them. I may think of buying them as they are available in stores
