Promotional forums are the forums that offer different kinds of marketing, promotion and advertising for other forum owners, business owners and individuals. If you are a forum owner, or a business owner, or even a marketer, you might find these forums very useful. Have you ever created a promotion al forum yourself? Well, I haven't but I have a desire to do it one day.

They're very useful and some have had huge work put into them, but the bad side is that it's always the same people, no offense to anyone.

So I think to get real promotion, you need to constantly link from a powerful social media page that isn't easy to build and/or pay for.

It could be benefitial in a way, but all the people who are coming there are also forum owners, thus having chance to get them active on your forum is lesser. It's not like somebody who doesn't have forum finds out about yours, likes what you have, and join.
