What is your favorite narrative style?

When you are reading a short story or a novel, you will find that the writer is telling the story in a certain style. In literature, this is generally referred to as narrative style. Some of the common narrative styles are viewpoint, descriptive, non-linear, etc. My favorite narrative style is a stream of consciousness. This narrative technique uses the writing form that exactly depicts the way thoughts evolve in human life. Ulysses by James Joycee is the best example of Stream of Consciousness in writing.
