What's your favorite sleeping position?

How do you sleep in your bed at night? Some people sleep so awkward that it's going to be very difficult to sleep in the same bed with them.

My favourite sleeping position is on my stomach clutching the pillow or on my side but it usually hurt my hand when I sleep on the side for too long.

How about you?

If I happen to find myself in a room where a lot of people have to sleep in together at once, it's on my side that I would sleep. I have slept in a room with 6 guys at once, it wasn't something I'd like to relive again.

My favorite sleeping position would be laying on my left-hand side. I used to prefer laying on my right-hand side but since I had my gallbladder removed and ended up getting a hiatus hernia and now I suffer from acid reflux a lot, I find that I get pain and more acid reflux if I lay on that side so I tend to lay on my right now and will only end up on my left if I am in a lot of pain.

I like sleeping in the fetal position. It's easier on my sleep apnea. laying on my back is not comfortable and aggravates my sleep apnea.

I like sleeping with pillow to prop me up & angled. I’m on my right side. It seems to take tension off my side & off my back this way.

On my right side (which means I'm facing away from my clock!)
