I have seen many people post that they are allergic to Milk or are Lactose intolerant so they cannot have Cow or Buffalo Milk and can only have Soy or Almond Milk or decide to not to have milk in their life.

My partner has soy or almond a lot as sometimes cow's milk makes him feel sick.

I have heard this a lot and it is better to stay careful and switch to other milk alternatives or milk products if they are safe for us.
