I don't, in a technical sense, instead, there are just times of the day I don't eat. In that case, it causes me to lose toxins like sugar or preservatives. I feel better after not eating and good again from eating some food whether junk or healthy.
 
I started with intermittent fasting for a week or so but I felt it was quite hard for me and I better not fast LOL. It would be better to find more ways to lose weight.
