Magical Realism is a literary genre where the real world is depicted as a magical world or let's say the real world is closely evaluated from a magical perspective. Magical Realism is fantasy blended with reality. Magical Realism was originally used to describe a certain kind of Germanic art, but later it was used in literature. Columbian writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez is considered the master of Magical Realism in literature.
