I have tried and the experience was not bad. We have the Blinkit app available here and it promises to deliver Groceries and other things within 10 minutes and mostly they deliver as per this commitment. It's best for last-minute purchase decisions where you cannot afford to wait.

Wouldn't that depend on the location of the store? What if it is very far and 15 minutes cannot cover the distance?
