Eggs are considered as a best source of protein and since it's tasty and easily available, Anyone can have it.
I am presently not following an egg diet and like to have veggies only but I may plan to start and have at least 3-4 eggs in a week.

How Often do you like to have eggs in a week?

I love making them differently. Makes me look forward to having eggs. I can make french toast, add two in my creamy noodles dish, make an omelette. If I am lazy i just have the traditional scrambled eggs.

Omelet is my all-time favorite and having it with a bread toast tastes heavenly. If not an omelet then I will go for scrambled although sometimes I am in the mood to have boiled eggs too.

An egg a day keeps the doctor away. Oh wait, was it supposed to be an apple? Whatever man. A nutritionist recommended that I shouldn't eat more than 5 eggs in a week.

I don't eat eggs frequently because they are high in protein, and I'm concerned about how they may affect my kidneys. Hehe. I usually have one or two eggs every two to three weeks. However, eating eggs can be healthy if you don't have kidney problems. They help in muscle recovery, are high in selenium (an antioxidant), contain omega-3 fatty acids that promote heart health, and are easy to cook.
