Routine checkups and regular visits to the doctor are something we should all prioritize as we get older to ensure we’re staying healthy and taking care of ourselves.

I personally see my doctor every couple of months for a routine checkup. What about you? How often do you visit your doctor?

Only when I'm dying.

The last time was about 12 years ago when I thought I was having a heart attack. Turned out I wasn't and that I had a healthy heart! :)

I do get an annual wellness check from my company in order to pay less for my United Healthcare.

oh no heart attacks are no good. hopefully your health is better now

Although we all should for a health checkup every 3-6 months or at least a year if we don't like to go every 6 months but I try to avoid any such visits.

This year is winding down and I have not yet seen a doctor. I know that I am supposed to do routine body checks even when I don't feel sick. Would try to budget and do that from next year.

Very rarely because they have a tendency in the US to prescribe unneeded medicine due to Big Pharma.

But the situation may be different with others. For instance, diabetes is a real condition that needs medicine.

to be honest, i only go when i am sick or take my daughter there when she is sick too. other than that, i really don't do monthly checkups.

I have managed taking care of my health by contactin doctors on phone. It was quite a while ago that I met a doctor across a table.

Last time I went to a doctor was 7 years ago when my blood pressure dropped to critical level. I did not go to doctor when I had corona, I stayed home, quarantined and taking supplements.
