Today's youngsters are noted for feeling 'sorry' for you, feeling 'concerned' but not lift a finger to help.
That party I threw yesterday did fatigue me a bit and all those who came could see it I get a call from one of my nieces this afternoon asking me whether I was OK. She could have extended a hand to put this in order but she did not If this is not lip sympathy what is
