I'm a big guy, have been for my whole life, ever since I can remember I was always an overweight kid and that continued through my teenage years into adulthood.

While I'm quite physically active, and partake in plenty of sports, I also love food and struggle to keep any sort of control over my weight. My weight also yo-yo's quite heavily - at my heaviest point, I was around 400 pounds! I've been as low as 270 pounds, but am currently 325 or so, and have slowly been gaining a bit of weight over the past few months and have no doubt that'll continue into Christmas.

Apart from the generic "eat better" and "exercise more", anyone got any tips? I know it's difficult to provide much more generic advice than this, but it's a worth a go asking I suppose!

I am also like that LOL, I feel too lazy to work out and love food and overeat at times plus my Sunday is reserved for my favorite dishes. I feel in order to work on our fitness, we need to avoid everything is sweet and should exercise daily

have you tried Intermittent fasting. It has worked for me since i am a massive foodie. i have managed to lose a lot of weight and now i am maintaining a slim figure. I didn't do any exercises to lose the weight. I only started doing simple exercises now to help boost my energy since the whole day sitting down working on my laptop.
