Hello,
From my own perspective, I think having PC configuration and install of environment is something deprecated, since we have online compilers for everything like python, java, php so no longer need to have them on your pc add they add possibility to link to github so no need even to download a copy of your work to do git crud. A lot of them like Programmiz or Replit or Datacamp have both free and paid version.
Between online compiler and pc compilers what do you prefer?
