What holds you back with tech?

What holds me back is not being technically-inclined. I barely have scratched the surface of the terms out there. I can understand how they would work i.e. SEOs, but to apply them to be beneficial, that is beyond me. What do you do to help yourself with this? I have made several friends throughout all the forums I'm on & I feel, even if I cannot understand tech all the way, I have been able to grasp it a bit more.

I have a lot to learn in tech. I mean primary things that a lot of other people have left already. I wonder how much it is going to take me to catch up with it. I am looking at starting from somewhere, but I do wonder where do I get to start from?
