What do u wear? How do you like it? What do you do?

Who has worked in cold weather in the past?

Note: I mean really cold weather of near or below freezing and wind is a bonus! 🥶

I was an assistant fire chief at one time.

We'd respond no matter the weather. I remember one fire during heavy freezing rain. It made it very difficult to walk and work on the structure fire, but we managed it.

Once we got home, it rekindled about 3 hours later, and we had to go back, but it was just heavy snow at that point.

The worst part about that was that you were constantly getting drenched with water, and our bunker gear was freezing on us.

It was a mess.

Turned out to be arson. Sadly, the suspect was never apprehended.

Gosh I couldn't imagine working in the freezing cold anymore. I did it for a good while back in Scotland, but here in California it doesn't get like freezing thankfully

I have never worked in extreme cold weather. We have experienced 2 Degrees or so but that happens early morning or late night. Still not bad if you ask me.

I don't like cold weather at all. It is never the best bet for me. I have always liked to stay good and in a better condition, and working under cold weather has never been ideal for me.

The Canadians without a doubt. Especially when it is winter season, it is usually very cold and most of them have to work in that freezing weather.

This is very correct. One of my cousins lives there and he's always complaining about the cold, unfortunately he can't help it.
